Privacy Policy

Effective: March 24, 2026 · Applies to: AI Nicki (Slice Squad AI Coach)
This policy explains how Nicki Wildflower Ltd. collects, uses, and stores data when you use AI Nicki. We keep this simple and honest — no legal maze, just the facts.

1. Who we are

Nicki Wildflower Ltd. operates the Slice Squad AI Coach (AI Nicki), an AI-powered business coaching tool available to Slice Squad members.

2. What data we collect

When you use AI Nicki, we collect and store:

  • Your email address — to identify you and link your conversation history to your account
  • Your conversation content — the messages you send to AI Nicki and the responses you receive
  • Timestamps — when each message was sent

We do not collect payment information, passwords, or sensitive personal data through this tool.

3. Why we collect it

We collect this data for one reason: to give you a better coaching experience.

Saving your conversation history allows AI Nicki to remember what you've discussed in previous sessions — so you don't have to repeat yourself and she can build on your situation over time.

The legal basis for processing this data under GDPR is consent — you actively agree to this before using the tool.

4. How long we keep it

Conversation data is automatically deleted after 30 days. A nightly process permanently removes conversations older than 30 days.

You can also request deletion at any time — see Section 7.

5. Who has access to your data

Your data is stored using Supabase, a GDPR-compliant database provider. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Your conversations are processed by Anthropic's Claude API to generate responses. See Anthropic's privacy policy: anthropic.com/privacy

We do not sell, share, or rent your data to third parties for marketing or advertising.

Team members may access conversation data only when investigating technical issues or when required by law.

6. International data transfers

Our services are based in the United States. If you are in the EEA, UK, or other regions with data protection laws, your data may be transferred to and processed in the US.

By consenting to this policy, you acknowledge this transfer. We use GDPR-compliant service providers to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access — request a copy of data we hold about you
  • Deletion — request that we delete your conversation history
  • Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
  • Object — object to how we process your data
  • Withdraw consent — withdraw consent at any time, which will disable memory features

To exercise these rights, email [email protected] with subject line "Privacy Request." We respond within 30 days.

8. Cookies and tracking

AI Nicki does not use cookies or tracking technologies. We do not track your behavior across other websites.

We use browser localStorage solely to remember that you have given consent, so you are not asked every session.

9. AI-generated content disclaimer

AI Nicki is powered by artificial intelligence. Responses are generated automatically and may contain errors or inaccuracies.

Content is for educational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, medical, or professional advice. Nicki Wildflower Ltd. is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify members through our usual communication channels. Continued use of AI Nicki after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
